SONGSTRESS & PERFORMER

Sage Waters is a Las Vegas–based singer-songwriter performing and working full-time as a professional artist. She has appeared at premier venues including Resorts World—where she held a one-year residency at the exclusive Eight Lounge—MGM Grand Garden Arena, House of Blues Las Vegas, Bellagio, The Four Seasons, and regularly performs on Fremont Street’s main stages. In addition to her live work, Sage writes and records original music for herself and other artists at Iconica Recording Studios. She has also performed backup vocals for Martha Wash, Frenchie Davis, and Kim Mizel at The Smith Center.

Born and raised in Oakland, California, Sage’s talent was recognized early, leading to hands-on studio experience with legendary artists such as Angela Bofill, James Brown, Santana, and Bob Weir. She honed her craft under the mentorship of Narada Michael Walden, beginning as an unpaid intern in his private studio and quickly advancing into a full-time role as a singer, songwriter, and producer.

Her first professional stage performance—singing “At Last” at the wedding of a member of Sly and the Family Stone—sparked a run of consistent live work with a popular Bay Area band, performing regularly throughout Northern California.

During the pandemic, Sage committed to expanding her artistry beyond vocals, dedicating herself to daily guitar practice alongside songwriting and performance. That discipline transformed her into a fully self-contained, multifaceted artist, paving the way for a sustainable full-time music career in Las Vegas.

Sage Waters sings, writes, records, performs, teaches, and inspires. Her mission is connection—using music to create space for emotion, healing, and truth—guided by the belief that music is a universal language we all share.

“I believe my purpose is to share my gift of lyrics and song with the world, so it doesn't become a forgotten closet full of private memories, unable to reach the hearts and minds it would otherwise encourage, comfort and inspire" - Sage Waters
